Website Survey- DR.MED
This survey is presented by Eighth Grade Students from the North East ISD STEM Academy in San Antonio, Texas. We are attempting to broaden our outreach to gather information regarding public awareness of an identified safety and environmental issue.
We are proud to announce that we will represent NEISD and San Antonio as the State Winners from Texas in the National e-Cybermission STEM Challenge. Our team will compete in Washington D.C. at the National Championships from June 20-25, 2011.
The answers you provide in this brief, 12 question survey will help us expand our Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math Experimental Design and Engineering Design Challenges upon which our e-Cybermission project is based.
Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. Please forward it to anyone who might be willing to take the survey.
Please feel free to leave any comments or suggestions. Your support is appreciated!

9. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration acknowledges "Take Back" programs as the best way to dispose of unwanted drugs. If "Take Back" programs are not an option available to you, please do not just flush medications down the toilet or toss them into the trash without first preparing them.
Begin by removing medications from their original containers and remove any identifying information before discarding the containers.
Next, mix the medications into an undesireable material such as used coffee grounds or kitty litter.
Finally, place the mixture into a sturdy sealable container to help prevent any medication from leaking or spilling in the trash or the landfill.
For a list of medications that CAN be safely flushed, please visit: Federal Drug Administration.
